Cooking Instructions

Pour 220 ml of water and Prima Taste pack into pot. Mix well and bring to boil.

1. Add 400g chopped chicken leg and 120g potatoes, stir well and bring to boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 10 mins.
2. Add 80ml of coconut milk, mix well and simmer for 7 mins. Do not cover pot, stir occasionally and do not over-boil gravy.

For a more robust taste, marinate chicken in a container with whole packet of Prima Taste pack (at least 12 hours in chiller) and add chicken in Step 2. Do not add Prima Taste pack in Step 1.

烹煮

1. 将220毫升的水及整包百胜厨调配料放入锅内。搅拌均匀并煮沸。
2. 加入400克鸡腿肉块和120克马铃署，拌均并煮沸。将炉火调低，盖锅然后焖煮10分钟。
3. 加入80毫升的椰浆，搅拌均匀并焖煮7分钟。无需盖锅，不时搅拌并勿让酱汁煮沸。

若要加强口味，可把鸡肉和整包百胜厨调配料一起放入容器腌泡(放入冷藏处腌至少12小时)然后于第2步骤加入鸡肉。在第1步骤，无需加入百胜厨调配料。

Sambal Belachan Paste

Stir-Fried Sambal Lady's Finger / Eggplant (Serves 3 - 4)

Cooking Method

1. Heat 250 ml of cooking oil in wok on high heat. Fry 180g vegetables until desired texture. Drain off excess oil. Set aside.
2. Heat ½ tsp cooking oil, add Prima Taste pack and 2-3 tbsp of water. Stir-fry for 6 secs and pour sauce over fried vegetables. Alternatively, add vegetables in and stir-fry to desired texture.

 

炒叁峇羊角豆 / 茄子

烹煮

1. 以大火将250毫升的菜油与炒锅内弄热。加入180克蔬菜并炒至心仪口感。沥干多余油份并放一旁待用。
2. 热起½茶匙菜油，加入整包百胜厨调配料和2-3汤匙水。翻炒6秒钟后，把酱汁淋在蔬菜上。另也可加入蔬菜并与酱汁一起翻炒至心仪口感。

Curry Seafood Fish

(Serves 2-3)

INGREDIENTS	1 Dish
(A) Vegetable Oil	as desired
(B) Fish (Batang; cut into pieces)	200 gm
(C) Onion (diced)	30 gm
(D) Prima Taste Curry Seafood Sauce	80 gm
(E) Water	90 ml (6 tbsp)

Note: Fish types are up to individual preference.

Cooking Procedures
Step A: Curry Seafood Fish

1. Heat (A) Vegetable Oil in wok on high heat till hot. (Oil should be sufficient to cover Fish). Add (B) Fish and deep fry for 1 minute or till golden brown.
2. Drain the Fish, leaving about 1 tbsp of oil in wok and set aside for Step 4.
3. Add (C) Onion in wok and stir-fry till fragrant . Add (D) Curry Seafood Sauce and (E) Water in wok. Mix well and bring to boil.
4. Add Fish (from Step A2) and braise both sides for 1-2 minutes until gravy thickens slightly. Ready to be served.

STORAGE
Store in cool, dry place. After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days.

香炒咖喱鱼

（2 –3 人份）

材料	1碟份量
(A) 菜油	适量
(B) 鱼（巴当鱼；切块）	200 克
(C) 洋葱（立方形）	30 克
(D) 百胜厨咖喱海鲜酱	80 克
(E) 水	90 毫升（6 汤匙）

注：鱼类可视个人喜好而定。

烹煮法
A 步骤：香炒咖喱鱼

1. 以大火将适量(A) 菜油烧热。（油量需盖过鱼）。加入 (B) 鱼块，炸1 分钟或至金黄色。
2. 取出鱼块，沥干油份待4步骤用。在炒锅里，留大约1 汤匙的菜油。
3. 加入(C) 洋葱，炒至金黄色。加入 (D) 咖喱海鲜酱和 (E) 水于炒锅里。搅拌均匀，并将酱汁煮沸。
4. 加入炸鱼块(从A2步骤)，把鱼块的两边焖大约1-2 分钟至酱汁稍微浓稠，即可上桌。

Hainanese Chicken Rice

(Serves 1-2)

INGREDIENTS	1 Dish
Long Grain Rice	200 gm (1¼ cups)
Prima Taste Fragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste	1 pkt
Water

Preparation Procedures
To cook Fragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice
(Using rice-cooker)

1. Wash 200g (1¼ rice cups) of rice once and drain well.
2. Pour rice and Prima Taste pack into rice cooker and mix well. Add water to the level indicated on the scale inside the rice cooker for the number of cups of rice used. You may adjust the amount of water for different types of rice and your own preference. Stir well. When rice is cooked, let it rest at 'Keep Warm' setting for 15-20 mins.
3. Fluff rice.
   

To cook Fragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice
(For stove cooking using a pot)

Note: Amount of water to be added and cooking time may be adjusted according to stove fire intensity and your own preference.

1. Wash rice once and drain well.
2. Pour rice and Prima Taste pack into pot and mix well.
3. Add 270-280ml (1¾ rice cups) of water. Stir well.
4. Cover the pot and bring to boil on high heat. When boiling, stir well and scrape the bottom of the pot to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Cover pot.
5. Adjust to low heat and continue cooking for about 15 mins or till rice is cooked.
6. When rice is cooked, fluff rice. Cover and let it rest for 15 mins.

STORAGE

海南鸡饭

(1–2人份)

材料	1碟份量
米	200 克（1¼ 杯）
百胜厨海南鸡饭酱料	1 包
水

烹煮法（使用电饭锅）

1. 用量米杯来盛200克的米,即1¼ 杯的米,清洗一次和沥干水份。
2. 将米和整包百胜厨调配料一起到进饭锅里拌均。加入饭锅内所指定的水量，要和所到入水杯的量相同。您可以依照不同种类的米来调整它对水的需要量，甚至于按照您个人的喜好来决定水量。拌均。饭熟后，设定在‘保温’15至20分钟。
3. 将饭拌松。

烹煮法（使用煤气炉或电炉）

1. 清洗米一次并沥干水份。
2. 将米和整包百胜厨调配料一起到进锅子里拌均。
3. 加入270-280 毫升的水份（1¾ 米杯），拌均。
4. 盖起锅子，以大火煮沸。煮沸时，搅拌均匀并避免刮到锅底，以防止饭沾锅底。盖起锅子。
5. 调至小火，然后继续煮15分钟或至饭煮熟。
6. 饭煮熟后，将饭拌松。盖起锅子，放置15分钟。

烹任点子
煮好的香米也可以拿来炒饭。

Cocktail Prawn with Calamansi Chilli Dip

(Serves 2-3)

INGREDIENTS	1 Dish
(A)  Prawn (cooked, shelled)	200 gm
(B) Vegetable Oil	15 ml (1 tbsp)
(C) Garlic (chopped)	5 gm
(D) Prima Taste Garlic Chilli Sauce	80 gm
(E) Lime Juice	15 ml (1 tbsp)
(F) Sugar	15 gm (1 tbsp)
(G) Potato Starch	a pinch
(H) Water	20 ml (4 tsp)
(I)  Lime Leaves (julienne)	1 gm (2 pcs)
(J)  Coriander Leaves	10 gm

Cooking Procedures
Step A: Cocktail Prawn with Calamansi Chilli Dip

1. Blanch (A) Prawn with salt water and set aside for Step A4.
2. Heat (B) Vegetable Oil in wok on medium high heat. Add (C) Garlic and stir-fry till fragrant. Add (D) Garlic Chilli Sauce, (E) Lime Juice and (F) Sugar. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix (G) Potato Starch with (H) Water. Mix well and add mixture to gravy. Boil till gravy thickens slightly.
4. Add (I) Lime Leaves and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and leave aside to cool. Garnish with (J) Coriander Leaves before serving with Prawn.

4. 以 (J) 芫荽点缀，再和虾一起上桌。

Laksa Spaghetti

(Serves 3)

INGREDIENTS
(A) White Wine	40 ml
(B) Garlic (chopped)	6 g
(C) Prima Taste Laksa Fried Rice Sauce	80 g
(D) Water	180 ml
(E) Cooking Cream	112 g
(F) Prawns	6 nos
(G) Cooked Spaghetti	320 g
(H) Tau Pok (cut into strips)	30 g

Note: You may use any other types of seafood as desired.

Cooking Procedures

1. Heat pan on medium heat and add (A) white wine to deglaze, (B) garlic followed by (C) Laksa Fried Rice Sauce. Mix well and stir-fry for 10 secs.
2. Add (D) water and simmer for 30 secs till fragrant.
3. Add (E) cooking cream, mix well and simmer for 30 secs. Add (F) prawns and simmer further.
4. When prawns are almost cooked, add in (G) cooked spaghetti and (H) tau pok.
5. Braise the spaghetti by using a pair of tongs to flip occasionally. Continue till the sauce lightly coats the spaghetti and is slightly thickened. Laksa Spaghetti is ready to be served.

Note: You may add Laksa leaves as desired for a tastier dish.

材料
(A) 白酒	40 毫升
(B) 蒜茸	6 克
(C) 百胜厨叻沙味香饭酱料	80 克

(G) 熟意大利面	320 克
(H) 豆腐干 （切条状）	30 克

烹煮法

1. 以中火热锅并加入(A)白酒、(B)蒜茸及(C)叻沙味香饭酱料。拌均然后翻炒10秒钟。
2. 加入(D)水, 焖30秒钟至芳香。
3. 加入(E)烹调奶油, 搅拌均匀并焖30秒钟。加入(F)虾后继续焖煮。
4. 当虾近熟，加入(G)熟意大利面和(H)豆腐干。
5. 用钳子不时略翻意大利面至酱汁稍微占上面條及酱汁变微稠。叻沙意大利面即可上桌。

Note: We recommend that you use skinless chicken breast meat for a less oily result.

Cooking Procedures
Step A: Nonya Sambal Chicken

1. Heat (A) Cooking Oil in wok for about 10 seconds on medium heat until hot. Add (B) Onions and stir-fry for 15 seconds.
2. Add (C) Tomatoes and stir-fry for 15 seconds. Add (D) Chicken and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
3. Pour (E) Nonya Sambal Paste and mix well. Stir-fry till chicken is cooked. Ready to be served.

Black Pepper Crab
(Serves 2-3)
INGREDIENTS	1 Dish
(A) Vegetable Oil (for Step A1)	as desired
(B) Sri Lanka Crab	400-500 gm
(C) Corn Starch	5 gm (1 tsp)
(D) Vegetable Oil (for Step B1)	10 ml (2 tsp)
(E) Onion (diced)	40 gm
(F) Prima Taste Premium Black Pepper Sauce	80 gm
(G) Water	100 ml

Cooking Procedures
Step A: Crab

1. Add sufficient amount of (A) Vegetable Oil in wok on medium high heat. (Oil should be sufficient to cover Crab).
2. Coat (B) Crab evenly with (C) Corn Starch. Add Crab pieces first, followed by Crab shell. Deep fry for approx 1-2 minutes or till just cooked. Drain the Crab and set aside for Step B3.

Step B: Black Pepper Crab

1. Heat wok on medium high heat and add (D) Vegetable Oil.
2. Add (E) Onion and stir-fry till light brown in colour. Add (F) Premium Black Pepper Sauce and (G) Water in wok. Mix well and bring to boil till sauce has a glossy texture.
3. Add Crab (from Step A2) and stir-fry until sauce is evenly coated on low heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Turn to high heat and stir-fry for another 15 seconds. Ready to be served.

烹煮法
A步骤：炸螃蟹

1. 以中火将适量(A) 菜油烧热。（油量需盖过螃蟹）。
2. 在另一碗里，将( B) 螃蟹块和(C) 粟粉混伴，并确定螃蟹完全沾上粟粉。先加入螃蟹块，才加入蟹壳。炸1-2分钟或至近熟。取出螃蟹,沥干油份,然后留旁待B3步骤用。

B步骤：黑椒螃蟹

1. 以中火将炒锅烧热后加入(D) 菜油。
2. 加入(E) 洋葱，炒至芳香。加入(F) 上等黑椒酱和(G) 水于炒锅里。搅拌均匀，并将酱汁煮沸至滑亮。
3. 加入螃蟹（从A2步骤)，以小火翻炒1-2分钟，确定螃蟹完全沾上黑椒酱汁。
4. 把火调高，再翻炒15秒钟便可上桌。

Sambal Chilli Sotong

(Serves 2-3)

INGREDIENTS	1 Dish
(A) Vegetable Oil (for Step A1)	as desired
(B) Sotong (Squid) (flowered)	140 gm
(C) Vegetable Oil (for Step B1)	10 ml (2 tsp)
(D) Chilli Padi (halved)	3 nos
(E) Scallops (finely sliced)	30 gm
(F) Onion (cut into triangular shaped)	30 gm
(G) Garlic (chopped)	5 gm
(H) Water (for Step B3)	30 ml (2 tbsp)
(I) Prima Taste Sambal Chilli	80 gm
(J) Spring Onion (4 cm length)	40 gm
(K) Tomato (cut into quarters)	50 gm
(L) Water (for Step B5)	25 ml (1½ tbsp)

Preparation Procedures
Step A: Sotong

1. Heat sufficient amount of (A) Vegetable Oil in wok on high heat. Add (B) Sotong and deep fry for 10 seconds or till half-cooked.
2. Drain the Sotong and set aside for Step B3.

Cooking Procedures
Step B: Sambal Chilli Sotong

1. Heat (C) Vegetable Oil in wok over medium high heat. Add (D) Chilli Padi and (E) Scallops, stir-fry till fragrant.
2. Add (F) Onion and (G) Garlic. Stir-fry for 15 seconds or till golden brown.
3. Add deep-fried Sotong (from Step A2) and (H) Water. Mix well and stir-fry till gravy is slightly dry.
4. Add (I) Sambal Chilli and stir-fry till fragrant.
5. Add (J) Spring Onion, (K) Tomato and (L) Water. Mix well and serve immediately.

3. 加入炸过的鱿鱼（从 A2 步骤）和 (H) 水。搅拌均匀，煮至 酱汁稍微浓稠。
4. 加入 （I） 叁峇辣椒，翻炒至芳香。
5. 加入 (J) 青葱、 (K) 番茄和 (L) 水， 搅拌均匀后即可上桌。

(Serves 2-3)

(A) Green Mango (unripe, fine strips)	60 gm
(B) Shallot (Sliced)	20 gm
(C) Coriander Leaves (with stem)	30 gm
(D) Rojak Flower (Ginger Bulb Flower)	as desired
(E) Chilli (julienne)	10 gm
(F) Fish Fillet	140 gm
(G) Salt	a pinch
(H) Pepper	a pinch
(I) Potato Starch	30 gm (2 tbsp)
(J) Vegetable Oil (for Step B2)	as desired
(K) Vegetable Oil (for Step C1)	20 ml (1½ tbsp)
(L) Onion (chopped)	20 gm
(M) Garlic (chopped)	5 gm
(N) Prima Taste Sweet & Spicy Seafood Sauce	80 gm
(O) Lime Juice	5 ml (1 tsp)

Preparation Procedures
Step A: Mango Salad

1. Add (A) Green Mango, (B) Shallot, (C) Coriander Leaves, desired amount of (D) Rojak Flower (as desired) and (E) Chilli in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Step B: Fried Fish

1. Mix (F) Fish Fillet with (G) Salt and (H) Pepper and coat Fish Fillet with (I) Potato Starch in a bowl and ensure it is evenly coated.
2. Heat sufficient amount of (J) Vegetable Oil in wok on high heat until hot. (Oil should be sufficient to cover Fish Fillet).
3. Add Fish Fillet to wok. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes or till golden brown and crispy. Drain the Fish Fillet and set aside for Step C3. (Fry twice for crispier texture).

Cooking Procedures
Step C: Sweet & Spicy Fish with Mango Salad

1. Heat (I) Vegetable Oil in wok on medium high heat, add (L) Onion, (M) Garlic and stir-fry for 15 seconds or till fragrant.
2. Add (N) Sweet & Spicy Seafood Sauce, (O) Lime Juice, (P) Lime Leaves and (Q) Water. Bring to boil on medium heat and till gravy is slightly thicken.
3. Add in deep fried Fish Fillet (from Step B4) and toss till evenly coated then serve with Mango Salad.

1. 将 (A) 青芒果、(B) 小葱头、(C) 芫荽、(D) 罗惹花（随个人喜好）和 (E) 辣椒倒入碗里。搅拌均匀，搁置一旁。

B 步骤： 炸鱼

1. 将 (F) 鱼片、(G) 盐和 (H) 胡椒混合，搅拌均匀。然后和 (J) 马铃薯淀粉混伴, 并确定鱼片完全沾上马铃薯淀粉。
2. 以大火将 (I) 菜油烧热。（油量需盖过鱼片）。
3. 加入鱼片，炸1-2 分钟或至金黄色。取出鱼片，沥干油份待C3 步骤用。

烹煮法
C 步骤：甜辣鱼配芒果沙律

1. 以中火将 (I) 菜油烧热。加入 ( L) 洋葱、(M) 蒜茸,炒15秒钟或至金黄色。
2. 加入(N) 甜辣海鲜酱、(O) 酸柑汁、(P) 柠檬叶和 (Q) 水。以中火煮至酱汁稍微浓稠。
3. 加入炸鱼片(从B3步骤)，搅拌均匀后与芒果沙律一起上桌。

储存
储置阴凉，干燥之处。包装一旦打开，就得放进冰箱，并在三天内用完。
