Keep in the chiller at 0 to +2 degree Celsius for 3 to 5 days depending on storage condition.
Before using, ensure that the paste/premix is mixed well.

Keep in the freezer at -18 to -20 degree Celsius for up to 1 month depending on storage condition.
Before using, transfer container from freezer to chiller one day before use.
