Description:
This flour has excellent tolerance to a high amount of butter and sugar, resulting in cakes of good volume. Best used for baking sponge cakes and very rich cakes like pound cakes.

For Storage in Chiller
Portion the paste and premix according to the standard recipe stated, and store in air-tight containers.Keep in the chiller at 0 to +2 degree Celsius for 3 to 5 days depending on storage condition.
Before using, ensure that the paste/premix is mixed well.
For Storage in Freezer
Portion the paste and premix according to the standard recipe stated, and store in air-tight containers.Keep in the freezer at -18 to -20 degree Celsius for up to 1 month depending on storage condition.
Before using, transfer container from freezer to chiller one day before use.
