Steps

Mix sliced shallot with corn flour well.

In a small pot, add vegetable oil and adjust to medium heat.

Add sliced shallot and fry for approximately 5 mins till shallot turn light golden brown.

Add sliced shallot and fry for approximately 5 mins till shallot turn light golden brown.

Remove crispy shallot

and set aside on paper towel.

Crispy shallot and shallot oil is ready for cooking.
