Singapore Delivery

Mon - Fri: 9am - 1pm; 2pm - 6pm

  1. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
  2. Orders delivered within Singapore are subject to GST.
  3. Once orders are confirmed, no cancellations are allowed and no refund or exchange of products will be entertained.
  4. Kindly allow 5-7 working days for processing and delivery.
  5. Free delivery is applicable for orders with a minimum spending of $50 and above.
  6. Weight of product is rounded up to 2 decimal places.
  7. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other documents or information issued by Prima Food shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Prima Food.

International Delivery

  1. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
  2. Customs regulations may prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations. Prima Food Pte Ltd will assist in facilitating customs approval by providing the ingredients declaration forms as and when required. Please refer to the table below for known customs regulations for specific countries.
  3. Prima Food Pte Ltd will not be held responsible in the event that orders delivered are rejected by the customs authority of your geographical location. Additional costs incurred in re-directing or cancellation of the orders will be borne by the customers.
  4. All shipments may be subject to Customs charges which Prima Food is unable to estimate prior to clearance. Prima Food Pte Ltd strongly suggests that you check with the customs authority of your geographical location prior to purchase. All import taxes/duties/broker fees are the responsibilities of the customer.
  5. Kindly allow 7 working days for processing and delivery of your order. This estimate does not include any delays at customs.
  6. Shipping charges apply and are based on total product weight and geographical location. 
  7. We use Fedex as our preferred courier internationally. Due to changing market demands, shipping rates imposed by Fedex are volatile which Prima Food is unable to estimate prior to checkout. Additional shipping fees are the responsibilities of the customer and Prima Food personnel will be in touch for the top-up upon advice from Fedex, if applicable.
  8. Once orders are confirmed, no cancellations are allowed. No refund requests will be entertained.

Japan

Korea
  1. Expect 4 to 5 days delay due to regulatory requirements.
  2. Statement indicating reason for import required of consignee.
  3. Shipment will be inspected by quarantine before release.
United Kingdom
  1. Import License may be required of consignee depending on substance. Substance must be in a sealed container and have clear description of substance appearing on container. If goods are for research purposes only, a statement making this claim should appear on Air Waybill and Commercial Invoice plus a letter from shipper should accompany shipment, which has a clear description of the contents and also contains the claim for research purposes. To prevent delays or deterioration of shipments, it is suggested that License Requirement/non-requirement be determined prior to shipment. Licenses covering substances are issued by the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs.
  2. Food and diet/health supplement products need to be supported by a full ingredient list either on the accompanying invoice or separate data sheet. Personal consignments of food or supplements containing products of animal origin, including meat, fish products; or composite products containing in excess of 50% milk by weight, are prohibited. Regulatory and FedEx Ancillary Clearance fees apply for the removal of these items and must be paid by consignee.
