Steps
- 1. Prepare 2 pots. Fill first pot with 500ml of water for cooking noodles. Fill second pot with water for heating up unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce. Bring both pots of water to boil.
- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. Mix Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce with 4 tablespoons of noodle water in a bowl. Then, remove only noodles from pot and add to bowl. Mix well. Black Pepper Crab Flavoured LaMian is ready to serve.
- For a more indulgent meal, at Step 2, you may add uncooked fresh seafood to the first pot at the 5th minute.

- 1. Prepare 2 pots. Fill first pot with 500ml of water for cooking noodles. Fill second pot with water for heating up unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce. Bring both pots of water to boil.
- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. While noodle cooks, you may stir-fry any seafood on a pan with oil till cooked.
- 4. Switch off the fire. Drain the noodle and keep the noodle water.
- 5. Add 3 tablespoons of noodle water to deglaze the pan and transfer cooked seafood into a bowl. Mix well with 2 packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce.
- 6. Transfer the drained noodle into the bowl and mix well.
- 7. Black Pepper Crab Flavoured LaMian with Seafood is ready to serve.

- 1. Prepare 2 pots. Fill first pot with 500ml of water for cooking noodles. Fill second pot with water for heating up unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce. Bring both pots of water to boil.
- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. At the 5th minute, while noodle cooks, you may blanch or deep-fry Yong Tau Foo. Set aside cooked Yong Tau Foo in a bowl for step 6.
- 4. Drain the noodle and keep the noodle water.
- 5. Mix Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce with 3 tablespoons of noodle water in a bowl.
- 6. Transfer the drained noodle into the bowl and mix well with sauce and cooked Yong Tau Foo from step 3, until sauce turns lighter coloured.
- 7. Garnish with Spring Onion. Black Pepper Crab Flavoured LaMian with Yong Tau Foo is ready to serve.

- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. While noodle cooks, you may stir-fry minced chicken meat on a pan with oil till cooked.
- 4. Switch off the fire. Drain the noodle and keep the noodle water.
- 5. Add 3 tablespoons of noodle water to deglaze the pan and transfer cooked meat into a bowl. Mix well with 2 packets of Black Pepper Crab Flavoured Sauce.
- 6. Transfer the drained noodle into the bowl and mix well.
- 7. Black Pepper Crab Flavoured LaMian with Minced Meat is ready to serve.
