- STANDARD COOKING STEPS
- 1. Add noodles in boiling water and medium boil for 7 mins.
- 2. After 1 min, loosen the noodles and stir occasionally.
- 3. At the 5th min, add Cooking Sauce. Mix well and cook until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- GOURMET COOKING STEPS
- 1. Add noodles in boiling water and medium boil for 7 mins.
- 2. After 1 min, loosen the noodles and stir occasionally.
- 3. At the 5th min, add Cooking Sauce. Mix well and cook until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- 4. At 5 mins 30 secs, add crab meat. If using crab claws, add them at the 6th min.
- 5. At the last 30 secs, add spring onion.
- Note: You may add in some sliced red chilli for a spicier dish!
- 6. Add oil and mix well.
- PREPARATION: FOR CRAB
- 1. Soak 1 crab (300g-400g) in ice cold water until it stops moving. Remove from water and clean the shell.
- 2. Add 3g salt to 400ml water. Stir until salt is completely dissolved and pour over crab. Steam for 15 mins.
- 3. Remove crab.
- 4. Remove crab shell, trim off the gills. Pick out crab roe and set aside.
- 5. Deshell the crab.
