Steps
- 1. Add cooking oil or pork lard oil, fry Chinese sausage on medium heat till golden.
- 2. Add Kway Teow and Hokkien Noodle, stir fry noodles till smoking and continue to stir fry until fragrant. Add garlic, and fry till fragrant. Add bean sprouts, Choy Sum, koo chye, fish cake and prawns. Stir fry vegetables till just cooked.
- 3. Add Prima Taste Char Kway Teow Complete Sauce, stir fry and mix well till the wok is hot enough. Add sambal chilli for a spicier dish (optional).
- 4. Pour water or prawn stock around the wok, add fresh or frozen cockle meat (optional) and mix well. Pull noodles to one side of the wok, add cooking oil or pork lard oil, then eggs, stir and fry eggs till cooked. Stir fry to mix eggs & noodles evenly. Add crispy pork lard as desired (optional).
