Steps
- 1. Add cooking and Chinese sausage on medium heat. Fry till golden brown.
- 2. Add kway teow and hokkien noodle, stir fry noodles till smoking and continue to stir fry until fragrant. Add garlic, beansprouts, choy sum, koo chye, fish cake and prawns. Stir fry vegetables until just cooked.
- 3. Add Prima Taste Char Kway Teow Complete Sauce, stir fry and mix well till the wok is hot enough.
- 4. Pour water or prawn stock around the wok, add cockle meat (optional) and mix well. Pull noodles to one side of the wok, add cooking oil or pork lard oil, then eggs, stir and fry eggs till cooked.
- 5. Stir fry to mix eggs and noodles evenly. Add sambal chilli for a spicier dish (optional).
