Steps
- 1. Prepare 2 pots. Fill first pot with 500 ml of water for cooking noodles. Fill second pot with water for heating up unopened packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce. Bring both pots of water to boil.
- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. Mix Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce with 3 tablespoons of noodle water in a bowl. Then, remove only noodles from pot and add to bowl. Mix well. Chilli Crab Flavoured LaMian is ready to serve.
- For a more indulgent meal, at Step 2, you may add uncooked fresh seafood to the first pot at the 5th min.

- 1. Prepare 2 pots. Fill first pot with 500ml of water for cooking noodles. Fill second pot with water for heating up unopened packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce. Bring both pots of water to boil.
- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. While noodle cooks, you may stir-fry any seafood on a pan with oil till cooked.
- 4. Switch off the fire. Drain the noodle and keep the noodle water.
- 5. Add 3 tablespoons of noodle water to deglaze the pan and transfer cooked seafood into a bowl. Mix well with 2 packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce.
- 6. Transfer the drained noodle into the bowl and mix well.
- 7. Chilli Crab Flavoured LaMian with Seafood is ready to serve.

- 1. Prepare 2 pots. Fill first pot with 500ml of water for cooking noodles. Fill second pot with water for heating up unopened packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce. Bring both pots of water to boil.
- 2. Add noodles into first pot and boil for 6 mins. At the same time, add 2 unopened packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce into second pot and leave to boil till noodles are cooked.
- 3. While noodle cooks, you may stir-fry 8 nos. of live clams in a pot. Cover pot till clams open.
- 4. Drain the noodle and keep the noodle water.
- 5. Add 3 tablespoons of clam juice to pot.
- Chef's tips: Alternatively, if insufficient clam juice, top up with noodle water.
- 6. Transfer cooked clams into a bowl. Mix well with 2 packets of Chilli Crab Flavoured Sauce.
- 7. Transfer the drained noodle into the bowl and mix well.
- 8. Garnish with spring onion and Chilli Crab Flavoured LaMian with Clams is ready to serve.
