Simple Shop Now INGREDIENTS Fragrant Chicken Claypot Rice (using rice cooker) (Serves 2-3) 280 g Chicken Breast (cut into cubes, approx 3cm x 3cm) a pinch Salt a pinch Sugar 1 tsp Light Soya Sauce 6 g Corn Flour 400 g Rice (we recommend Jasmine rice) 12 g Salted Fish (strips, deep fried) 480 ml Water 1 pack Prima Taste Fragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste sufficient Oil 48 g Ginger (slices) 5 pcs Dried Mushroom (soaked, cut into halves) 20 g Chinese Sausage (sliced) Volume of water varies with type of rice used Garnishes & Condiments 32 g Spring Onion (strips, approx 5 cm length) 2 tsp Superior Dark Soya Sauce 4 tsp Shallot Oil Steps 1. Marinate chicken with salt, sugar, light soya sauce and corn flour for 10 mins. Fry chicken in hot oil for a few seconds, do not over-cook the chicken.2. Wash and soak the rice in water for 30 mins, drain well before cooking.3. Using a rice cooker, add water, Prima Taste Fragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, salted fish, ginger and 3 pcs of mushrooms. Bring to a boil and add rice, cooking till the water thickens and is almost dried up. Stir well.4. Add Chinese sausage, chicken, remaining mushrooms and spring onion (white portion) and continue to cook.5. When cooked, drizzle shallot oil and superior dark soya sauce over the chicken. Add spring onion (green portion), fluff rice with chopsticks and serve.
