Steps
- 1. Add cooking oil, fry garlic and eggs on medium heat till eggs are bubbling.
- 2. Add pork belly or chicken, prawns & squids. Fry till fragrant, stirring occasionally. Add Hokkien noodle, thick &/or thin rice vermicelli and fish sauce. Stir fry till noodles are fragrant.
- 3. Add Prima Taste Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Complete Sauce and mix well. Pour water around the edge of wok. Add chicken stock (optional), bean sprouts and Koo Chye.
- 4. Stir fry on low heat and braise until stock is absorbed by the noodles and with some sauce remaining, as per desired. Add crispy pork lard (optional). Serve with Prima Taste Sambal Chilli and calamansi. Top with crispy pork lard as desired (optional).
