Steps
- 1. Boil sufficient water in a pot.
- 2. Empty the Seasoning Sachet and Oil Sachet into a bowl.
- 3. Put noodles into the boiling water and cook for 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
- 4. Drain excess water, retaining some water to keep noodles slightly wet.
- 5. Add cooked noodles to the bowl and mix well.
- 6. Add Chilli Flakes Sachet according to preference.

3 gSpring onion, white section, (cut into 2cm length)

25 gCabbage shredded

½ tspTomato Ketchup

3 gSpring onion, green section, (cut into 2cm length)

1 no (small)Fried scrambled egg

Steps
- 1. Boil 500ml of water in a pot.
- 2. Put noodles into the boiling water and cook for 4 mins. Stir occasionally.
- 3. Remove noodle and rinse with tap water for a few secs. Set aside for later use.
- 4. Heat pan with cooking oil on medium heat. Add garlic and spricg onion (white section) and stir fry till fragrant using tongs. (alternatively, you may use wok spatula)
- 5. Add cabbage, cooked noodles, chill flakes sachet (according to preference), oil sachet and seasoning sachet. Mix well.
- 6. Add tomato ketchup, spring onion (green section) and fried scrambled egg. Mix wekk and stir-fry for approx. 10 secs.
- 7. Drizzle 1 ½ tbsp. of water around the edge of pan, mix well and stir-fry for approx. 5 secs.
- 8. Serve immediately.
