1 pktPrima Taste Laksa Fried Rice Sauce

2 tbspVegetable oil

40 g ChoppedShallot

15 g ChoppedGarlic

2 nos BeatenEgg
-
500 g OvernightSteamed rice

1 pcFried bean curd (tau pok)

20 g JulienneFish cake

50 g Cooked and cut 1cm dicedPrawn

2 g ChoppedLaksa leaves (Optional)

Steps
- 1. Stir-fry garlic and shallots in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat.
- 2. Add 2 beaten eggs and 500g of steamed rice immediately.
- 3. Stir-fry till rice is evenly coated with eggs and is loosened.
- 4. Add Prima Taste pack and 4 tsp water.
- 5. Stir-fry till rice is mixed well and fragrant.
- 6. Add fried beancurd cubes (tau pok), fish cake, prawns and laksa leaves.
- 7. Stir-fry for another 15 seconds.
- 8. Laksa Fried Rice is ready to serve.
