Steps
- 1. Heat oil on medium heat, add garlic and shallots. Stir-fry till fragrant.
- 2. Add eggs and fry till fragrant. Add rice.
- 3. Stir-fry till rice is smoking and loosened. Add fish sauce and fry till fragrant.
- 4. Add Prima Taste Laksa Fried Rice Cooking Sauce.
- 5. Add fish cake, prawns and Tau Pok. Stir-fry till fragrant.
- 6. Add water around the edge of pan and stir-fry till well mixed. Add in Laksa leaves and mix well.
