Steps
- VARIATION 1: MEAT BONE SOUP USING PORK RIBS
- PREPARATION: FOR GARLIC
- 1. Wash and soak garlic cloves in water for 15 mins to remove excess outer skin.
- PREPARATION: FOR PORK RIBS
- 1. Rub pork ribs evenly with 7g salt, add 700ml water and soak for approx. 10mins. Rinse twice with water.
- COOKING STEPS
- 1. Fill pot with water and bring to boil. Add soaked pork ribs, cover and bring to high boil. Stir occasionally for 1 min and remove meat scum.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Meat Bone Soup Complete Sauce and garlic cloves. Bring to a high boil. Lower heat and medium boil for 60mins or cook till your desired texture. Note: You may skim off excess fat from time to time
- 3. Serve with dark soya sauce, chopped garlic and sliced red chilli (optional) as desired.
- VARIATION 2: MEAT BONE SOUP USING CHICKEN BONE
- PREPARATION: FOR GARLIC

- Rub chicken evenly with 7g salt, add 700ml water and soak for approx. 10mins. Rinse twice with water.
- COOKING STEPS
- 1. Fill pot with water and bring to boil. Add Prima Taste Meat Bone Soup Complete Sauce and garlic cloves. Bring to high boil. Then, lower heat and medium boil for 40mins.
- 2. Add chicken and bring to high boil. Stir occasionally for 1min and remove meat scum. Lower heat and medium boil for 20mins or cook till your desired texture. Note: You may skim off excess fat from time to time
- 3. Serve with dark soya sauce, chopped garlic and sliced red chilli (optional) as desired.
- VARIATION 3: MEAT BONE SOUP USING MUTTON RIBS
- PREPARATION: FOR GARLIC
- 1. Wash and soak garlic cloves in water for 15 mins to remove excess outer skin.
- PREPARATION: FOR MUTTON RIBS
- Rub mutton ribs evenly with 7g salt, add 700ml water and soak for approx. 10mins. Rinse twice with water.
- COOKING STEPS
- 1. Fill pot with water and bring to boil. Add soaked mutton ribs, cover and bring to high boil. Stir occasionally for 1 min and remove meat scum.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Meat Bone Soup Complete Sauce and garlic cloves. Bring to a high boil. Lower heat and medium boil for 90mins or cook till your desired texture. Remove garlic cloves at 60th min and set aside. Note: You may skim off excess fat from time to time
- 3. [Optional] Add coriander and julienned young ginger. Serve with dark soya sauce, chopped garlic and sliced red chilli (optional) as desired.
