Steps
- Preparation: Rinse fresh chicken meat with tap water and soak for 20 mins.
- 1. In a pot, bring 1.75ℓ of water to a boil. Add soaked chicken meat, bring to a boil on high heat for 1 min, and remove meat scum.
- 2. Add garlic cloves, Meat Bone Soup Stock Mix and Meat Bone Soup Premix (both filter bags) and bring to boil. Boil for 30 mins or till desired texture. (Note: You may skim off excess fat from time to time)
- 3. Ready to serve.
- Note: You may get approx. 1.1ℓ to 1.2ℓ of soup, adjust the taste to desired preference. Cooking time may vary for desired texture and power of stove fire.
- Chef’s Tips: - For clearer soup, you may remove fat from the soup by passing soup through a fine sieve before serving. - Submerge the filter bags around the boiling area during cooking to release the flavour.
