Steps
- PREPARATION: FOR GARLIC
- 1. Wash and soak garlic cloves in water for 15 mins to remove excess outer skin.
- PREPARATION: FOR PORK RIBS
- 1. Rub pork ribs evenly with 28g salt, add 2800ml water and soak for approx 10 mins. Rinse twice with water.
- COOKING STEPS
- 1. Fill pot with water and bring to a boil. Add soaked pork ribs, cover and bring to high boil. Stir occasionally for 1 min and remove meat scum.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Meat Bone Soup Complete Sauce and garlic cloves. Bring to a high boil. Lower heat and medium boil for 60 mins or cook till your desired texture .
- Note: You may skim off excess fat & meat scum from time to time.
- 3. Serve with dark soya sauce, chopped garlic and sliced red chilli as desired.
