2 tsp (10g)Vegetable oil

180g (cut into 3 pcs)Red Garoupa Fillet, cut 2cm thick

3gGarlic, chopped

10gLemongrass, cut 4cm length

3gCoriander, roughly chopped

10gWhite onion, diced

15gLong bean, cut 3cm length

30gEggplant, cut 3cm length

Steps
- 1. Heat up a pot on medium heat with oil.
- 2. Pan fry both sides of the fish fillet till golden brown and cooked. Transfer to a serving plate.
- 3. Using the same pot on medium heat with remaining oil, add garlic, red chilli padi, lime leaves and stir-fry for 5 secs.
- 4. Add Prima Taste Mee Siam Goreng Paste, assam water and water. Mix well and bring to boil.
- 5. Pour the sauce over the fried cod fish.
- 6. Pan-fried Cod Fish with Tangy Sweet Sour Sauce is ready to be served.
