Steps
- 1. Fill pot with 750ml water and bring to boil. Add sliced chicken and cook for 1 min or until fully cooked. Remove chicken from pot and set aside.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Prawn Soup Complete Sauce and prawns. Boil prawns for 1-2 mins or till cooked. Turn off heat, remove and cool prawns in ice water. Deshell prawns and set aside.
- 3. In a separate pot, blanch each serving of Hokkien Noodle, thin vermicelli, beansprout and kangkong in boiling water for about 5 secs. Drain noodles and mix with fried shallot & oil.
- 4. Top with sliced chicken and deshelled prawns. Reheat prawn soup and bring to a boil before serving. Stir pot of boiling prawn soup and pour into individual bowls. Garnish with sliced red chilli or chilli powder (optional), chopped garlic and fried shallot as desired.
