Steps
- 1. Fill pot with 3L water and bring to boil. Add sliced chicken and cook for 1 min or until fully cooked. Remove chicken from pot and set aside.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Prawn Soup Complete Sauce and prawns. Boil prawns for 1-2 mins or till cooked. Turn off heat, remove and cool prawns in ice water. Deshell prawns and set aside.
- 3. In a separate pot, blanch each serving of Hokkien Noodle, thin vermicelli, beansprout and kangkong in boiling water for about 5 secs. Drain noodles and mix with fried shallot & oil.
- 4. Top with sliced chicken and deshelled prawns. Stir pot of boiling prawn soup and pour into individual bowls. Garnish with sliced red chilli or chilli powder (optional), chopped garlic and fried shallot as desired.
