Steps
- 1. Add cooking oil, fry beef shin for 3 mins or till fragrant.
- 2. Add water and high boil for 6 mins.
- 3. Lower to medium heat and boil for 1 hour 35 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add in water intermittently to ensure that the beef is completely covered by water throughout the cooking.
- 4. Add in Prima Taste Rendang Complete Sauce. Stir to mix well.
- 5. Continue cooking for another 40min or till your desire texture.
- 6. Lower heat and continue stirring. Cook till gravy is slightly thickened and glossy.
- VARIATION: CHICKEN
- 1. Add cooking oil, fry chicken for 3 mins or till fragrant.
- 2. Add water and bring to boil.
- 3. Add Prima Taste Rendang Complete Sauce and mix well. Medium boil for 8 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 4. Cook till gravy is slightly thickened and glossy.
