Add cooking oil, fry beef shin on high heat for 10 mins or till fragrant.2. Add water and high boil for 6 mins.3. Lower to medium heat and boil for 1 hour 35 mins. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Add in water intermittently to ensure that the beef is completely covered by water throughout the cooking.4. Add in Prima Taste Rendang Complete Sauce.
