1½ tsp (7g)Oyster sauce

1 tsp (5g)Hua Tiao Wine

1 packetPrima Taste Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste

300gThai jasmine rice, long grain

15gSpring onion, cut 4cm length

Steps
- 1. Marinate the chicken with salt, sugar, white pepper powder, oyster sauce, Hua Tiao Wine, young ginger, sesame oil and corn flour for 30 mins.
- 2. Heat up a pan on medium heat with oil and sesame oil.
- 3. Add sliced ginger, marinated chicken and stir-fry for 1 min.
- 4. Add Hua Tiao Wine and mix well. Set aside.
- 5. Wash rice for 2 – 3 times and dry the grains. Add into the rice cooker.
- 6. Mix the Prima Taste Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste with water and pour it into the rice cooker.
- 7. Cook for 8 mins.
- 8. Open the rice cooker and stir the rice.
- 9. Add in the fried chicken evenly.
- 10. Continue to cook them for 16 mins.
- 11. Rest for 5 mins. Add spring onions into the rice, mix well.
- 12. Rice Cooker Fragrant Chicken Rice is ready to be served.
