Steps
- PREPARATION: FOR ROASTED GROUND PEANUTS
- Method 1: Airfry ground peanuts at 180°C for 6 mins
- Method 2: Panfry ground peanuts on medium heat for 30 mins.
- Grind roasted ground peanuts to your desired fineness.
- PREPARATION: ROJAK
- 1. Toast You Tiao and Tau Pok.
- 2. Cut a slit to make a pocket, and stuff Tau Pok with blanched bean sprouts & julienned cucumber.
- 3. Add Prima Taste Rojak Complete Sauce & sprinkle roasted ground peanuts, as per your preference. Add sambal chilli for a spicier dish (optional).
