- You may use any crunchy fruits and vegetables according to your preference.
Steps
- 1. Cut you tiao, tau pok, pineapple, guava, jumbu, green mango, sweet turnip and cucumber into chunks or bite-size pieces and set aside.
- 2. Mix Prima Taste Rojak Complete Sauce and roasted ground peanuts in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add the ingredients from Step 1, toss and mix evenly till the ingredients are coated with the rojak sauce.
- 4. Sprinkle roasted ground peanuts on each plate, and serve.
