Steps
- PRATA PREPARATION
- 1. Pan fry frozen prata on a preheated non-stick pan. Pan fry each side on medium heat till golden brown.
- GRAVY PREPARATION
- Method 1: Pour Prima Taste Roti Prata Curry Complete Sauce into a bowl and cling wrap. Microwave for 3 mins in an 800W oven.
- Method 2: Pour Prima Taste Roti Prata Curry Complete Sauce into a pot. Add 1 tablespoon water and bring to boil. Do not cover pot.
- Method 3: Place unopened pack into a pot of boiling water and boil for 10 mins.
- VARIATION: CHICKEN
- 1. In a pot, add water and chicken and bring to a boil.
- 2. Add oil from the curry and simmer for 8 mins or till cooked.
- 3. Pour in the remaining curry and bring to boil.
- 4. Prima Taste Roti Prata Curry with Chicken is ready to be served
- VARIATION: LAMB
- 1. In a pot, fry lamb fat at high heat till fragrant.
- 2. Add lamb fillet and panfry till slightly brown. Then, add water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Add the oil from the curry, cover pot and simmer for 10 mins or till cooked.
- - Pour in the remaining curry and bring to boil.
