Steps
- PREPARATION: FOR KANGKONG (WATER SPINACH)
- 1. Pluck kangkong leaves together with the steams.
- COOKING STEPS
- 1. Add cooking oil and stir-fry shallot on medium heat for 15 secs. Add garlic and fry for 30 secs. Add tomato and red chilli and fry for 30 secs.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Sambal Belachan Cooking Sauce and stir-fry for 10 secs.
- 3. Add kangkong and stir-fry for 2 mins till soft and moist or cook till desired texture.
