35gTempeh (Fermented Soy Bean Cake), you may use carrots if unavailable

2 pcsTau Kwa (Firm Tofu), cut into quarters

210gEnglish Gourd (Chayote), you may use Botter Gourd if unavailable

Ingredients for Step 2:

1 pktPrima Taste Sayur Lodeh Complete Sauce
Steps
- 1. Add Tau Kwa, Tempeh, Petai, Bay Leaf, French Bean, English Gourd and water into pot. Cover pot and bring to high boil.
- 2. Add Prima Taste Sayur Lodeh Complete Sauce. Mix well. Lower to medium boil and cook for 16 mins.
- 3. Rest dish for 10 mins before serving.
- PREPARATION: FOR TAU KWA
- 1. Cut Tau Kwa into quarters.
- 2. Heat oil and pan fry Tau Kwa till lightly brown.
