Steps
- 1. Marinate cod fillet with “Fragrant Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste”.
- 2. Steam cod fillet for 8 minutes till cooked.
- 3. Special Light Soy Sauce , Stir-fry spring onion and ginger sautéed in hot pan with a bit oil until spring onion and ginger turn fragrant immediately. Add in chicken consommé and the rest of the seasoning.
- Bring to boil and add in Coriander inside and set a side
- 4. Once cod fillet is cooked, paste garnish spring onion and ginger on top of cod fillet and sprinkle a bit of hot oil on top and pour in enough amount of Special Light Soy Sauce.
- 5. Garnish with coriander and carrot.
